If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We will assess all returns and exchanges promptly and will get back to you within 48 hours.
If your purchase is eligible for return or exchange we will email you a prepaid shipping label,
you must print the label, secure it to the box your order arrived in, then take it to any United States Postal Service where you can drop off the package free of charge.
All returns and exchanges are subject to $5 restocking fee. However, if you receive a package with items damaged or leaking, include a picture of how it arrived in the initial email and we will replace the damaged item free of charge.
Blissful Balms & Bath is not responsible for any theft or lost packages, we provide tracking information upon shipping and will not be responsible if anything happens to a package after it is dropped at our USPS facility.
